Treatments may be performed by an MD, an NP, a PA, an RN, or by aestheticians for non-medical services. The supervision rules vary by procedure, which is why "we're medically supervised" is a starting point, not an answer. The useful question is always about the specific person doing the specific thing to you.

- Who the medical director is — and how involved they actually are.
- Who will personally perform YOUR treatment, and their license. Any Florida license can be verified free on the state's license-lookup site.
- Where products come from: FDA-approved products sourced from the manufacturer, not discount importers.
Questions to ask

- What is your license, and how many times have you done this specific procedure?
- Who handles complications, and what is the protocol?
- Can I see before-and-afters of YOUR work — not the brand's?
- Can you verify this product's authenticity?
Red flags
Signals to take seriously
- Nobody can name the medical director.
- Prices dramatically below everyone else for the same injectable — a counterfeit risk.
- Pressure to buy same-day bundles.
